Overages
Messages beyond 2,000 are billed per 500 block; voice minutes beyond 300 per minute. Rates are shown in your Money tab before you cross a limit, and you can cap spend.
Questions owners ask
Does it send anything without my approval?
Only what you allow. Quotes under your auto-approve limit and routine replies go out on their own. Anything above the limit, any discount, and anything not in your price book waits for your tap.
What happens when a customer asks something it cannot answer?
It says it will check with you, pauses that conversation and puts the question on your Today screen. You answer by voice or text and it carries on in your words.
Which channels work?
Text, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, email on your own sending domain, and phone. One customer, one thread, whichever channel they used.
How do quotes get priced?
From your price book. Upload the spreadsheet you already use or connect a Google Sheet. Anything not on it creates an approval request, never a guess.
